Position-Related Experience

• [ ] Oversee execution of all non-investment functions, including finance, legal, operations, and HR.


• [ ] Create positive change and facilitate productivity with clear direction and accountability.


• [ ] Establish and maintain business operations for accuracy, productivity, and reliability; create and standardize SOPs across the business.


• [ ] Work with a third-party fund administrator to ensure proper books and reporting.


• [ ] Manage SPV processes from start to finish.


• [ ] Refine and execute processes for investment closings, portfolio reporting, and quarterly LP reporting.


• [ ] Maintain internal financial models, update metrics, and forecast cash flows.


• [ ] Properly allocate and pay relevant bills/payables.


• [ ] Launch and optimize marketing efforts, including social media and website management. Help build and brand content for LinkedIn and website blog.
